Paco Lafuente Scallops

A hundred-year-old company dedicated to production of canned fish and seafood, Paco Lafuente sources their seafood from the Ría and Galician coast. Their canned fish and seafood is hand prepared and cleaned in an artisanal and traditional way. Their location in Villanueva de Arosa is in the heart of the Arosa Ría, which is an area rich in minerals and nutrients.

These petite scallops,from the Galician Rías, are lightly fried and packed in a flavorful sauce of onion, tomatoes, spices, and salt.
