Gildas x2
Pickled guindilla pepper, anchovy, and anchovy brined olive. Open and eat. All one bite
Ramon Pena Mussels In Escabeche
Premium tinned mussels from Galicia, Spain in a pimenton marinade. Open tin, serve with potato chips or bread
Goats Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Peppadew Peppers stuffed with citrus whipped goats cheese. Open, top with quality Spanish olive oil
Bikini Sandwich
Barcelona’s version of the grilled cheese (Jamon Serrano,Manchego Cheese, Truffle) Place nonstick sauté pan on medium heat. Place bikini in pan and press lightly for 30 seconds, release, and sear for 2 minutes and flip. Continue to sear until the bikini is sufficiently hot and cheese in melted. Cut into 4 triangles
Garlic shrimp x4
Black tiger prawns, garlic, bay, chilli, sherry, olive oil and salt. Lightly warm in a shallow pan until hot in the center
Pan con tomate x2
Baguette, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, sugar, parsley and pepper. Grill or toast baguette, then spread with pan con tomate sauce

Creme Cata-Flan
Crema Catalana (for those unfamiliar) is Spain’s version of creme brûlée
Run a small knife around the edge of the container, to separate the flan from the container. Invert the container onto a serving plate, squeeze the edges carefully to allow the seal to be broken and carefully shake out
