Espinaler Mussels in Escabeche

A 120-year old family company, Espinaler, known for their iconic hot sauce, began specializing in gourmet canned seafood in the 70s.

Using only whole mussels harvested from the pristine waters of Galicia, these are fried then packed by hand in a vinegar and paprika marinade. Serve with a glass of vermouth on ice.
